Product innovation: A timeline of success

  • 1. Electronic sensors for Axminster Looms.
  • 2. Kibby sampling machine developed for Axminster carpets, now up to the 6th generation technical enhancements.
  • 3. Mtuft tufted carpet sampling machine, replicates production tufting machine, can make with the Mtuft G2 model able to replicate ColorPoint1 and Tailored Loop2. Only one package of yarn per colour is required (up to 8 packages maximum).
  • 4. Mtuft Mini is a single-needle machine that uses a single package of yarn, it is ideally suited for yarn manufacturers and for quality control.
  • 5. Hollow Needle production machine for loop pile rugs and broadloom, ideal for wool carpets.
  • 6. Robotic Blow in system for narrow sample tufting machines.
  • 7. CreelMT – an automated carpet yarn creeling system combining precision winders, robotic package handling and mobile creel trolleys.
